Our company has developed a brand new roll material, which we named HTRM-1200. It is a unique heat resistant product. This material is able to withstand 1200ºC/2192F and works at these temperature for a long time. The material’s melting temperature is 1650ºC/3002F. We have introduced two types of HTRM-1200 material on the market: not impregnated and impreganted versions.

HTRM-1200 is a white 350-550 μm thick roll material. Each roll is 100 meters long. The core diameter can vary.

Upon the completion of our laboratory tests we have concluded that HTRM-1200 operates successfully at high temperatures and pressures and under high humidity and aggressive environments. HTRM-1200 acts as a thermal and electric insulator, a heat protector, a high temperature filler for structural and heat protective composites, a filter for hot aggressive solutions and gases. This material is resistant to water, high pressure vapor, various acids and other chemical reagents (organic and mineral of any concentration do not destroy HTRM-1200 , but hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids destroy the material at temperatures over 300ºC/572F).

Our HTRM-1200 is the most efficient substitution for asbestos, which is considered to be hazardous for human health.

HTRM-1200 is easy to cut and punch. It can be printed upon and serve as an industrial hang tag or label for the purpose of steel identification. Pad or gasket application is possible.

HTRM-1200 I (impregnated)

There are two types of the HTRM-1200 material. One type is a regular not impregnated material and the other is HTRM-1200 I, it is impregnated by our special reinforcing composition. After the process of impregnation HTRM-1200 becomes more robust and firm. The impregnating composition does not affect any of the existing properties of HTRM-1200, but is helpful in some applications where firmer material is required.
