Heat Resistant Enamel

Potential applications and conditions of use:

HTRE-600 is a unique enamel used for coloring of products where high temperature is involved, it withstands temperatures up to 600ºCor 1112F and has a wide potential in many industries.

Color: Black

Appearance: mat, homogeneous without any other colors, tints or traces.

Conditional body with a diameter of a bleed 4 mm at (20±0,5)ºC, sec.	- 12-25
Mass percentage of low-volatile matters, %	- 52-60
Water resistance of the coating at (20±0,5)ºC, hour, not less than	- 24
Petroleum resistance at (20±0,5)ºC, hour, not less than	- 3

Infliction: Airstream atomization

Dissolvent: Xylene, Toluene

Mode of drying: At (200±0,5)ºC, 2 hours.

Shelf life: 6 months.

Applications:

- identification of steel and nonferrous metals

- enamel is used for painting the tops of the stoves in black color

- it can be used in any field where heat resistant coloring is required
